All our items are custom made, each item ordered is printed, cut and sewn. Made-to-order products takes time.

At this time we do not offer returns and refunds for any apparel we offer online for purchase. As we do not have inventory and our partners do not offer return/refunds. We recommend looking at size charts prior to ordering.

If the item ordered is damaged for example: ripped or torn. Please contact Nugada Designs via email: nugadadesigns@yahoo.com 

Custom order requests are dealt one on one with our customer. via signed contract and/or email and/or through other messages.
